Due to some syncrhonization issues with the data repository, we had some delay in the delivery of Sentinel-1 products for the 22nd and 23rd of September 2019. The issue is now fixed and the data is coming in on a regular basis.
Som users experience every now and then to not get the products ordered using the transformation service. We have found out that there are two reasons for this happening:
